Cancellation of Appointments

Please arrive on time for your appointments- If you’re too early I may be working with a client and you will still have to wait until your scheduled session time. If you are late you will still be charged the full session fee and I may not be able to make up the time you have missed.
You must give 48 hours notice if you wish to change or cancel your appointment.
Cancellation with less than 48 hours notice will incur 100% charge, however there is no cancellation fee if you re-book your session for within the same Monday to Friday week although alternative appointments are subject to availability.
